Petr Horký is a director and writer. He spent five years filming with Thor Heyerdahl, he travelled to more than 100 countries, only with tent and skis he has reched both North and South poles of the Earth, crossed Greenland, discovered sunken ships in the Maldives and much more. He has received numerous Czech and international awards for his films and books etc. He has studied paedagogy at Masaryk University, film directing at Film Academy of Miroslav Ondricek and he has finished his PhD sociology studies at Charles University.
Published more then 10 books, his last film Civilization – Good News about the End of The World is distributed by iTunes and Amazon in 102 countries of the World.
